I took a leap of faith. I could not find a bike that meet my needs at any local bike shop. Went on line to find a shaft drive, chainless bike. No longer manufactured. Found a Priority bike with a belt drive and cvt hub.
Sounded exactly what I wanted. Watched all videos and became familiar with the product.
The catch was it was not available for 7 weeks. I had a back up bike, so I ordered the Priority Continuum Onyx. As soon as I filled out the order, and paid, I received shipping information. The shipping info flowed in, I felt good. The bike was shipped to a local bike shop for assembly. I could have set it up myself, I was lazy. The bike came in one week ahead of schedule. Sand on the bike path is a maintenance issue, that this bike eliminated. The cvt hub is like a dimmer control light. If they put some clicks on the shifter it would seem like gears. No need to get used to the setup, roll the shifter forward and it feels like gearing down, roll it backwards and it like gearing up. My last bike had a Shimano 8 speed hub. This hub has more range. I ride a bike rain or shine, so a commuter bike is perfect. Have not ridden it at night yet, it has lights powered by a dynamo hub.

I loved priority and it was a great experience since the first email, phone contact I had. We are very happy to have priority bike at our hotel. Thank you everyone special to Lauren Jones that was awesome all the time.

They give excellent service and create excellent products. They're very good - and quick - at answering questions before and after the sale.

This is a quality bike that keeps me outdoors.

Experience could not have been better. The order process was clear and simple. Bikes were delivered on time as promised. The Coaster bicycles we ordered are high quality and exactly what we expected.

I absolutely love my Priority Apollo. Only reasons for not giving 5:
I would like slightly wider handle bars
I would have liked more mounting points on the frame (underside of down tube, top of top tube).
Shipping was fast and relatively easy assembly. I'm riding 90% on gravel roads. I did swap tires and setup tubeless. I love only needing to hose water on belt, no greasy mess compared to my other chain bikes.

Amazing bicycle from an amazing company! Before purchasing, I had read that the customer service and interaction at Priority was top-notch, this is 100% accurate. Ordering and purchasing was easy. Bike was easy to assemble with clear video direction. I had a small maintenance/tuning issue out of the box and after emailing the question, they got back to me almost immediately (after hours on a Friday night nonetheless) and I was fixed up and riding in no time. I was legitimately astonished at the level of personalized and timely service that they provided to me; a faceless, online customer on the other side of the country.
As for the bike...love at first site, loved it out of the box, love it after several hours/miles of riding. The Apollo gravel is a blast to ride! In my reckless youth I used to zip around the city on a fixie, it's how I fell in love with riding. This bike gives me that same energy to ride that I felt all those years ago. It's light, responsive, quick, minimal in looks and required attention. At the same time it's durable, stable, and capable of multiple terrains. Logged miles on the roads and miles on the dirt and I really can't say enough good things about the overall experience!
10/10. Would Priority again.

First time back into cycling in 50 years. Issues regarding brake adjustment and routine maintenance. Speed of response from customer service fast and helpful. Bike overall exceeded expectations. Five stars cystomer service and quality

While there were a few issues with the delivery and set up Priority has excellent customer service and helped me with everything. The belt drive system and internal gearing is also extremely impressive and makes commutes and daily rides that much easier. Thanks Priority and a big shout out to Nelson. I’m patiently waiting for their next serious offerings (xl frame 600 adventure or rohloff geared touring bike hint hint) and I’ll be a customer again.

I have purchased two bikes from Priority. They truly are maintenance free! Their customer service is too notch, too! Their products are worth the wait and worth the money.

I was introduced to Priority Bicycles through a TV commercial for Microsoft Teams. The story made me curious.
I’ve been interested in getting back into cycling for a number of years, but hadn’t done anything about it. We live quite close to some excellent riding paths so my interest continued to mount. The commercial aired quite a few times, so I started doing research on the company and asking cycling friends about belt-drive bicycles. As I approach 60 years old, I don’t want a bicycle off the rack at some superstore.
My research culminated in ordering the Classic Plus - Gotham Edition.
The website - 5 stars
The website is easy to navigate and I never have trouble finding what I’m looking for. In addition, the videos add a special touch, and solidified my decision to do business with Priority Bicycles.
The order - 5 stars
I placed my order and received confirmation right away. I had ordered two additional accessories, and those were properly annotated as well. When I ordered, I was clearly made aware of the back order status and about when I should expect shipping. All very smooth and clearly documented.
Receipt of bicycle - 5 stars
This is the best part of my experience. I received an email after a few weeks of my order, saying that things were ahead of schedule, and that my bicycle would be shipped a month ahead of schedule. Needless to say, I was ecstatic. The bicycle arrived on its new, earlier date as planned. While, more of a shipping carrier aspect, I must note the box arrived in great condition. As to the contents, the bicycle was packed extremely well, with all parts; including my two extra accessories. Kudos to Priority for doing such a good job ensuring my bicycle was transported in a safe, secure manner.
Assembly - 5 stars
Assembly was a breeze and the videos on the Priority website are amazingly easy to follow. I did have a bit of trouble adjusting the front brakes, but that was me, not the instructions or the bicycle. It’s been a long time since I’ve worked on a bike and I fumbled a bit. NOTE: While I am handy with a bike, it’s been long enough to agree with Priority’s recommendation to have a professional check it out. I have gone on several rides with zero issues, but better safe than sorry.
The Ride - 5 stars
I LOVE the bicycle! I am having a blast getting back into cycling. My purpose is casual riding, exercise and fun. This bike delivers ALL. I have been comfortable on the street, the sidewalk, bike paths, and nature paths. The gears shift smoothly and despite my initial hassle with adjusting the front breaks, both front & rear operate flawlessly. Did I mention I LOVE this bicycle?
